1. Who we are
Doug Moto is a trading name of Holt Racing Limited, company number 12633258, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Hockford Cottage, Ash Road, Pirbright, Woking, Surrey, England, GU24 0DE. Contact us at hello@ridedoug.com.

2. What your reservation does
Your payment buys a timestamped place in our regional reservation queue. It is not an order for a motorcycle, and it does not guarantee a delivery date, a particular specification or a fixed motorcycle price. You do not have to buy a motorcycle.

3. What you pay
You pay £100 GBP, €100 EUR or $200 USD, as shown at checkout. This is the full reservation payment: we add no reservation, administration or payment-processing fee. We charge you once. There is no subscription or automatic balance payment.

4. Your place in the queue
We confirm your place after payment succeeds. Your priority follows your payment timestamp within your launch region and a compatible production batch. Approval, specification and delivery requirements can mean that regions and batches open at different times. Your timestamp does not move backwards because we change the launch plan. Cancelling ends your place; a later reservation gets a new timestamp.

5. You can get all your money back
You can cancel at any time before you enter a separate motorcycle purchase agreement. Email hello@ridedoug.com with your reservation reference, or reply to your confirmation. We will refund the full amount you paid, in the same currency, to the original payment method, unless you agree another method, within 14 calendar days of your request. We deduct no fees. Your bank may take extra time to display the refund.

6. If you decide to buy
When a motorcycle is available for your region and batch, we will show you the final specification, total regional price, delivery estimate and purchase terms. You choose whether to proceed. If you do, we will credit the full reservation payment towards the purchase price. If the purchase uses a different currency, we will agree the conversion with you first. If you decline, you can receive a full refund.

7. The motorcycle is still being developed
The motorcycle has not been type approved. Images, specifications, equipment, range, charging figures and prices are preliminary and may change. We will obtain the approvals required for a launch market before supplying a road motorcycle there. A reservation does not give permission to use an unapproved motorcycle on the road.

8. Where we plan to launch
We welcome reservation interest worldwide. We plan to launch in Europe and the United States, then expand further. A reservation outside the first launch regions does not promise local supply or a launch date. If we cancel the programme or decide we cannot offer you a motorcycle, we will tell you and refund your reservation in full.

9. How motorcycle prices work
UK on-the-road prices include VAT and the mandatory costs of getting the motorcycle on the road. EU consumer prices will include VAT and the other compulsory charges required by local law. US prices may exclude sales or use tax, title and registration where local rules allow; mandatory non-government charges will be included or clearly shown as those rules require. Tariffs and import charges will be accounted for or disclosed as local law requires. We will show your complete regional purchase price before you decide to order. These rules do not add anything to the reservation payment shown at checkout.

10. Your information and your rights
We use your details to manage the reservation, payments, refunds and necessary updates. Marketing is optional. Our privacy notice explains more. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory cancellation rights. These terms use English law, but you keep any mandatory protections and rights to use local courts that apply where you live. We do not require private arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim.

11. This agreement
You must be at least 18 to reserve. The agreement starts when we confirm successful payment. We will send your confirmation, reservation reference, accepted terms and cancellation information in a form you can keep. We cannot reduce your refund or queue rights by changing these terms later. A motorcycle purchase needs a separate agreement. These terms are available in English. If something is wrong, email us so we can put it right.
